We were very lucky to stop near Graybill Chrome for a quick break. After we stopped I notice a wheel on our camper trailer had signs of bearing failure. Despite Graybill being very busy they fixed the problem and helped us get back on the road quickly.
Stood in front of the service counter for 15 minutes and was ignored by every person in the shop. Over 2 hours to change 1 tire on my trailer. Even the shop manager was rude. Terrible place. Go to Sapp Bros. Don't stop here.
Our trailer is Gray in color, and since we had yet to give it a name, we decided to call it Graybill. We will always remember the friendly staff and expert service!
